Farmington Police Department uses the iChalk electronic chalking system to enforce the Town of Farmington Parking Ordinance in addition to paper tickets. The iChalk electronic chalking system allows citizens to pay via credit card through the United Public Safety Portal as well as appeal tickets online. Tickets are payable via mail or in person at the department with cash or check only. You may also appeal a ticket via paper copy by using the appeal form found below. Parking ticket appeals must be filed within 14 days of the issuance of the ticket. Finding legal parking is the responsibility of each citizen; we encourage you to review the ordinance by clicking on the link below. Tickets will be doubled after 30 days of non-payment except for the handicap violation.
