It is the policy of the Farmington Police Department, in accordance with the Maine Freedom of Access Law, to provide public access to the public records of the Farmington Police Department. Please use the form below or visit the department to make your request. While you are not required to provide your name or contact information when making a request, the department is allowed five (5) working days by law to evaluate your request and either grant it or deny it. Providing your name and contact information will allow us to reach you when your request is processed.
